Location – London, EC4A 1EN

Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 17:00pm

We’re currently looking for a Facilities Support candidate, to assist our facilities team by administrating and coordinating day to day support to internal and external customers; ensuring customer needs and expectations are met and premises are maintained in accordance with established standards and applicable regulations.

As facilities support you will be the first line contact for all enquiries and re‑direct as necessary, providing an effective response to customer queries and complaints; administrate PPM meetings and updating/providing relevant reports and communications log/minute taking; reporting any faults and maintenance issues to the relevant manager particularly in relation to Health and Safety; arrange the necessary training and equipment for staff;

ensuring company guidelines and legislation is adhered to at all times. You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job in order to support your manager, your team and our client.
