A North London Local Authority is seeking an organised and proactive Housing Repairs Scheduler Planner to join their Housing Services team.
In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and schedule day-to-day housing repairs and maintenance works, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Acting as the main point of contact for repair requests, you will liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to prioritise works based on urgency and available resources. You will use scheduling systems to allocate jobs, monitor progress against SLAs, and maintain accurate records of repairs and contractor performance.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in scheduling or planning within housing or facilities management, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
