Senior Legal PA – Top-tier Law Firm
- Two days in the office
A leading law firm is looking for a Senior Legal PA to support Partners within its dynamic Interactive Entertainment practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, highly organised PA who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You’ll Do- Act as the first point of contact for Partners – managing calls, emails, correspondence and meeting requests.
- Deliver full, advanced calendar management including meeting prep, forward-planning and follow-up.
- Ensure fee-earners are fully prepared for client meetings with background materials, notes and action-tracking.
- Manage client/matter administration: onboarding, compliance, documentation, filing and lifecycle support.
- Support billing processes, including WIP monitoring, drafting bills, managing credit control queries and chasing information.
- Coordinate client care activity: events, meetings, mailings, research and CRM updates.
- Organise business travel end-to-end, including complex itineraries and expense processing.
- Liaise with internal specialists (document production, BD, compliance, finance) to drive tasks to completion.
- Provide delegation support to administrative assistants and step in for other senior PAs when required.
- Experience in a law firm.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, juggle competing demands and anticipate needs.
- Proven experience managing multiple diaries and navigating complex schedules.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output—even under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with warmth, professionalism and discretion.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and willingness to support additional fee-earners when needed.
- Confidence using bespoke internal systems (e.g., matter management, billing, CRM).
