Senior Legal PA – Top-tier Law Firm
- Two days in the office

A leading law firm is looking for a Senior Legal PA to support Partners within its dynamic Interactive Entertainment practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, highly organised PA who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the first point of contact for Partners – managing calls, emails, correspondence and meeting requests.
  • Deliver full, advanced calendar management including meeting prep, forward-planning and follow-up.
  • Ensure fee-earners are fully prepared for client meetings with background materials, notes and action-tracking.
  • Manage client/matter administration: onboarding, compliance, documentation, filing and lifecycle support.
  • Support billing processes, including WIP monitoring, drafting bills, managing credit control queries and chasing information.
  • Coordinate client care activity: events, meetings, mailings, research and CRM updates.
  • Organise business travel end-to-end, including complex itineraries and expense processing.
  • Liaise with internal specialists (document production, BD, compliance, finance) to drive tasks to completion.
  • Provide delegation support to administrative assistants and step in for other senior PAs when required.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in a law firm.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, juggle competing demands and anticipate needs.
  • Proven experience managing multiple diaries and navigating complex schedules.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output—even under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with warmth, professionalism and discretion.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and willingness to support additional fee-earners when needed.
  • Confidence using bespoke internal systems (e.g., matter management, billing, CRM).
Why This Role?
  • Join a forward-thinking law firm with a market-leading Innovation Department.
  • Work closely with Partners in a high-growth, high-energy sector.
  • Be part of a culture that values curiosity, collaboration and new ideas.
  • Benefit from an agile, inclusive and supportive working environment.
