Full time – open to flexibility Salary:
Circa £24,500 per annum (Pro-Rata) About the Role We are looking for an organised and reliable Sales Support / Office Support Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and supporting a busy sales function. You’ll play a key part in day-to-day office operations, working closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, manage procurement tasks, and managing logistics.
Key Responsibilities Order processing :
Raise, issue & track purchase orders for materials & goods Supplier liaison:
Maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating delivery dates, resolving invoices & shipment queries Administrative support:
Maintain accurate, up to date records & databases Stock Control:
Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock level. Order processing:
Check accuracy, input into company systems Customer support:
When required, act as point of contact for inquiries and customer support Logistics Co- ordination:
Liaise with Warehouse, production & carriers to ensure timely collection & delivery of goods About You Comfortable using IT systems, including email and basic office software Well organised with good attention to detail Confident communicating with colleagues, suppliers, and customers Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Previous experience in an office, sales support, or administrative role is desirable
