We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our Intellectual Property and Brand Protection team in London.
This role plays a critical part in the administration, tracking, and protection of the company’s intellectual property portfolio, supporting both strategic and operational IP activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the IP and Brand Protection team to ensure accurate docketing, compliance with deadlines, and smooth management of IP-related processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the IP and Brand Protection team;
- Docket and track IP rights using the DIAMS IP Management Database, ensuring deadlines are reviewed and actions taken on time;
- Maintain and update records relating to infringement and enforcement matters;
- Assist with budget monitoring, including uploading and tracking invoices in the accounting system;
- Help to collect, organise, and manage proof of use globally for IP filings and enforcement actions;
- Assist in filing Customs Recordals;
- Assist with the drafting of cease-and-desist letters related to counterfeit activity;
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
- Perform general administrative duties to support the department’s day-to-day operations;
- Contribute to new projects, initiatives, and process improvements relating to IP protection and enforcement;
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail;
- Proactive, team-oriented, and solution-focused approach;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience using DIAMS or similar IP docketing / management systems;
- Background or experience in Intellectual Property;
- Minimum 2 years of experience;
- Prior experience in an IP, legal environment
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
