Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

We are currently seeking an organised and reliable Office Junior to join our busy office team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who is confident handling calls, emails, and administrative tasks while delivering a professional service to tenants and clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from tenants and clients in a timely and professional manner

* Liaise with tenants and clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

* Maintain a professional and efficient image at all times

* Book appointments for gas, electric, and plumbing works via email enquiries and online housing portals

* Carry out daily call rounds to confirm appointments and reduce no-access rates

* Ensure job notes and instructions are clear, accurate, and up to date

* Prioritise emergency repairs and jobs involving vulnerable tenants

* Communicate patiently and professionally with vulnerable and elderly customers

* Build and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally

* Support the wider office team with administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience

* Excellent customer service skills

* Strong written and verbal communication

* Good attention to detail and organisational skills

* Ability to learn and retain new information quickly

* Strong planning and multitasking abilities

* Able to work well as part of a team and on own initiative

* Confident decision-maker with a solutions-focused approach

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

* Salary of £20,000 – £25,000 per year (depending on experience)

* Full-time, permanent position

* Monday to Friday working hours (08:00 – 17:00)
