Technical Administrator / Senior Helpdesk Administrator
My client is a leading FM company. They are currently looking to recruit a technical administrator or senior helpdesk administrator in Lewisham.
Duties will include:
- working closely with senior managers to make sure all processes and compliance are kept updated using cafm system
- ensuring all compliance documents are updated with sub-contractors and maintenance engineers on site
- chasing any documentation outstanding
- looking at processes
- managing the helpdesk and admin teams as well as providing and running reports
Hours:
8-5 Monday to Friday.
Salary: 45-50K with company benefits and more.
