This role is essential to the smooth running of the business which includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting operational projects.
** Role responsibilities
*** Produce reports and presentations as and when the MD requires.
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
* Completing expenses for the senior leadership team.
* Booking and coordinating all travel/hotels for the team.
* Chase all aged debt on a weekly basis.
* Support the Underwriting team on a day-to-day basis.
* Helping the Underwriting Assistants with testing the underwriting platforms and policy issuance, endorsements, as and when needed.
* Responsible for liaising with finance and underwriters to solve accounting queries in a quick and efficient manner.

* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
* Experience with in the insurance industry is essential
