Temp Office Manager | 4 days, Mon-Thurs, 8:30am-4.30pm (non-negotiable)

About

the Role

As the go-to person for all things office-related, you ll be the beating heart of their workspace operations. Working closely with a sociable, creative, and high-energy team, you ll ensure the office runs like clockwork, whether it s welcoming guests, managing supplies, or liaising with external vendors, your role will be crucial in keeping everything (and everyone!) moving smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as the first point of contact for all office-related queries
  • Oversee the smooth running of both offices on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with building management (especially for the serviced site) Organise and support internal events, team socials, and staff initiatives
  • Support onboarding of new starters, including desk set-up and welcome packs
  • Maintain health & safety and ensure compliance across both sites Handle incoming post and deliveries
  • Assist with light administrative duties when required

YOU:

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar operations role – covering Health and Safety, building regulations and general compliance
  • Friendly, approachable, and a natural people-person
  • A true multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident working independently
  • Able to anticipate needs and take initiative
