Job DescriptionWe are supporting a growing, mission-driven charitable organisation that operates internationally across education, wellbeing, and social impact. The organisation is in scale-up mode, which means real opportunity to grow, implement new processes, and make a tangible difference. This is a hands-on Executive Assistant role supporting a Founder with ad hoc support to the senior leadership team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
You will need to be agile, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without needing hand holding. You will also be the go-to person that ensures the office runs smoothly, working with third parties and liaising closely with a connected family office. This is a 12-month maternity cover role, working closely with the team.
What you will be doing:
- Provide high-level EA support to the Founder
- Manage priorities, schedules, and multiple moving pieces with confidence
- Coordinate meetings, projects, and events (small to large)
- Improve processes and help introduce new structures as the organisation grows
- Oversee light office management and external suppliers
- Act as a trusted, calm presence in a fast-changing environment
What you bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-suite leaders
- Strong judgement, initiative, and ability to adapt quickly
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
- Experience planning and delivering events
- Impeccable organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for purpose-led work
- Strong academics and a keen interest in current affairs
- Please note this role is office based
