Workspace Projects Coordinator (10 Month FTC) Your Role:
Workspace Projects Coordinator

You’ll support the Project Management team and Head of Workspace to deliver Project activities smoothly, acting as a key link between Global, contractors, and internal teams. From coordinating construction works and floor moves to managing access, communications, and workspace transitions, you’ll keep everything running smoothly. You’ll work closely with Communications, Space Planning, and Technology to minimise disruption, prepare spaces for reoccupation, and champion the LSQ Glow Up programme with a positive, can-do approach.

Key Responsibilities

As a Workspace Projects Coordinator at Global, you will:

Contractor & Construction Coordination (25%)
  • Coordinate day-to-day construction activity, manage contractor access and security requirements, and communicate disruptive works clearly and on time.
Stakeholder & Communications Support (25%)
  • Partner with the Communications and Workspace teams to share building updates, access changes, and key milestones.
Workspace Moves & Logistics (25%)
  • Support floor moves and workspace transitions, overseeing decommissioning and re-commissioning, working with movers, and ensuring efficient logistics and best value.
ross-Team Operational Collaboration (25%)
  • Work with Space Planning, Technology, and the wider Workspace team to prepare floors for reoccupation and provide proactive support across Project Thursday and LSQ Glow Up initiatives.

What Success Looks Like

In the first few months, you’ll have:

  • Built trusted relationships with Project Management, Workspace, Communications, Space Planning, Technology teams, and contractors.
  • Taken ownership of contractor access, noisy works communications, and workspace activity with confidence.
  • Supported successful floor moves or workspace transitions with minimal disruption.
  • Established yourself as a proactive, reliable team player contributing to Project Thursday and LSQ Glow Up.
What You’ll Need
  • Proactive mindset:A positive, solutions-focused, can-do attitude with confidence to take initiative.
  • Workspace & facilities awareness:Flexibility beyond standard 9–5 working patterns.
  • Attention to detail:Strong organisational skills and ability to communicate clearly at pace.
  • Strong communication:Confident working with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Experience:At least 3 years in Facilities, Workspace, Construction, or Project Coordination roles.
  • Technical skills:Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams skills.
