We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑focused professional to join Swiss Re as a CRES Administrator
, supporting our UK & Ireland Corporate Real Estate & Services team in London. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace by delivering high‑quality office and facilities management support.
Swiss Re is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional to join the UK & Ireland Corporate Real Estate & Services team as a CRES Administrator
. Based at our London office, you will play a key role in delivering seamless office, facilities, and service management support across the business.
Working at the heart of our operations, you’ll support communication, finance, administration, project coordination, and supplier relationship management - helping ensure an efficient, well‑run, and service‑focused workplace.
Being physically present in the office is essential for this role. As a central point of coordination for colleagues, suppliers, and on‑site services, your in‑person presence enables timely issue resolution, effective collaboration, and high‑quality customer service across our facilities.
What You Will Do Communication Support- Create and distribute Service Communication Messages (SCOM) via Contact One.
- Coordinate poster distribution and support event‑related communications.
- Maintain and update CRES information on Contact One and the Enterprise portal.
- Prepare and process invoices, statements, and sub‑tenant billing.
- Support colleagues with purchase orders (POs) and invoices via MySpend / Coupa.
- Manage Snow tickets in collaboration with Facility Management Support Officers (FMSOs).
- Assist with workplace management and data upkeep in IWMS / Planon or InSite.
- Support and coordinate DSE assessments, first‑aid and fire marshal training, and Health & Safety administrative tasks.
- Support legal compliance, Internal Environmental Management (IEM) topics, and ISO certifications (e.g., ISO
14001, ISO
50001).
- Support CRES projects, including vendor management, coordination of site visits, meeting minutes, and ongoing tool improvements (e.g., GRRS, Schedule Now, Global Visitor Tool).
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Customer‑focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident working with financial processes, systems, and data input.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and visitor/helpdesk management systems.
- Previous experience in facilities, office management, or corporate services essential.

SalaryThe base salary range for this position is between 28,000 GBP and 42,000 GBP (full time equivalent). The specific salary offered considers:
