Your RoleAs the Workplace Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the office operations. You will be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, taking charge of administrative duties, workspace logistics, and maintaining a productive and positive workplace environment.
Key Overview- Office Operations:
Manage the general upkeep of the office, ensuring all facilities are operational, clean, and well‑stocked. - Front Desk Management:
Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and oversee the reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere. - Event Coordination:
Organise team‑building activities, meetings, and company events to cultivate a vibrant workplace culture. - Administrative Support:
Assist various teams with administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence and document preparation. - Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing any workplace concerns effectively. - Employee Engagement:
Support HR initiatives by assisting in onboarding processes and fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. - Workplace relocation and site selection project: planned for October 2026.
- Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Be self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Possess a positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for workplace culture.
- Have a sound knowledge of office management practices and systems.
- Be proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack and other productivity tools.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable.
