Receptionist, Property Management, Central London, 30-35k DoE, Permanent

A well-established Property Management firm in Mayfair, London is seeking a professional and organised Receptionist with experience of Facilities Management to support a busy office environment.

• Front‑of‑house reception, meet & greet and switchboard management
• Diary management and arranging meetings for Directors (in person, Zoom, Teams)
• Booking meeting rooms, organising lunches and refreshments
• Preparing agendas and documentation for Directors’ and Board meetings
• Producing confidential documents, correspondence and presentations
• Arranging travel and managing day‑to‑day office administration
• Issuing and logging contractor keys
• Ordering stationery, promotional items and managing post/couriers
• Maintaining electronic filing and training records

About you:

• Previous experience in a Facilities / Receptionist/Secretarial or PA‑style role
• Professional, welcoming and highly organised with strong communication skills
