An exciting new opportunity for an Administrator to join our operational Centre in our Heathrow office. This is an excellent opportunity for a well organised administrator to learn new skills and progress a career within the utilities/water industry. This is a challenging role within a fast-paced environment, therefore, completing tasks with a ‘right first time’ approach will be a key factor.

What’s

The Role
  • Assisting in the planning and scheduling of site-based operatives whilst ensuring completion, maintenance and distribution of daily whereabouts throughout the working day
  • Building effective relationships with direct employees, subcontractors, clients and companies.
  • Assisting in processing of payment applications and invoices
  • Dealing with all general enquiries within the remit of the job role and signposting to other specialist internal teams where appropriate.
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Performing any other Ad-hoc tasks as required by a senior admin within the administration team
  • Attending specific operational and planning meetings
What You Will Need
  • Computer literate, with keyboard skills and experience in word-processing, combined with the ability to acquire other skills as necessary.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary and to work as part of a team.
  • Demonstrable experience of effective internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel.
