Position: Personal Assistant to CFO (Contract)
In a Nutshell

We have a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant to the CFO to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Devonshire Square office in London. As our Personal Assistant to the CFO, you will offer full diary, administrative and organisational support, together with office management duties of the London Devonshire Square office.

The position will also support the Group Investor Relations director in the coordination of investor meetings and other IR activity and provide occasional administrative support to the Group Finance and Tax teams.

This role would suit an individual that already has experience as a PA / Executive Assistant and is looking for a new challenge in a high-profile position.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 9 months.

Diary Management for Senior Management

Previous experience of full administration support

Meeting bookings and minute taking

Managing multiple inboxes Excellent command of written English

Excellent knowledge and use of systems including of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Ability to use discretion, tact and integrity throughout their approach to work

More about the Personal Assistant to CFO role…

Successfully co-ordinate and be responsible for the CFO's time: proactively managing diary requirements, scheduling appointments, meeting agendas, board report collation and staff updates etc.

Close liaison with PAs of other executives for diary planning and coordination.

Full Administrative support; filtering, prioritising, re-routing and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.

Organise a wide range of meetings and events at internal/external venues, liaising with internal / external contacts as appropriate. Ensuring all deadlines are met for key corporate activities. Awareness of key stakeholders and prioritization of meetings.

Undertake a wide variety of administrative duties such as expense claims, mileage submissions, travel itineraries, accommodation & flight bookings, and events coordination etc.

Respond to and resolve a wide range of queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Support in compiling professional standard presentation materials and documents in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint.
