Estimating Administrator

Position: Estimating Administrator (Permanent)
A well-established RC Frame contractor based in central London is looking to appoint an Estimating Administrator to join their busy estimating team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with German language skills to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced subcontracting environment.

The Role

You will:

* Upload and log tenders and enquiries from clients and consultants

* Manage communications with suppliers, responding to requests and chasing information as needed

* Support the estimating team with administrative tasks, ensuring all tender documentation is accurate and up-to-date

* Help maintain an organised database of projects, suppliers, and historical costs

* Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and supporting documentation

The Ideal Candidate

You will:

* Be fluent in German, both written and spoken

* Have experience in administration, office support, or estimating (construction experience is a plus)

* Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure

* Be confident using Microsoft Office, email systems, and project databases

* Be proactive, with excellent communication and time management skills
