Commercial Property Administrator - Angel - £32,000 to £35,000 DOE

My client, a well-established property investment and development firm with an excess of 1000 residential and commercial properties, are currently seeking a Commercial Property Administrator to join their Commercial Property Management team in London.

Duties
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the Commercial department in all aspects of FM/PM property portfolios
  • Raise PO's for all commercial repairs which are instructed as well as overseeing the works to completion and obtain quotes from contractors
  • Work alongside all commercial property managers and various departments i.e. lettings, residential, service charge and legal.
  • Carry out site inspections, oversee the health and safety compliancy of commercial department and report any issues
  • Create reports and send compliancy statistics to the commercial property managers
  • Send contractor invoices to the accounts department
  • Support the Commercial Property Managers with diary and meeting management
  • Coordinate the setup and closure of utility accounts (electricity, gas, water) for commercial & residential properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of utility providers, contracts, and account details.
Requirements
  • Prior experience either as a commercial or residential property administrator
  • Experience handling PO's
  • Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent team player and problem-solving capabilities
  • Thorough, methodical and highly organised
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Hours

Office based, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Holidays

25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an additional day each year up to 5 years
