Central London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Hours:

8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (flexible hours)

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Temporary Document Controller to join a Central London Infrastructure Company on a short‑term contract running until 31st March. This role is ideal for someone available immediately who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is confident working with documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Information Manager with a range of document control tasks, including:

Updating, managing and maintaining documentation
Ensuring documents are signed and approved correctly
Uploading accurate and current revision versions
Working through a backlog of existing documents
Redacting sensitive information to ensure GDPR compliance
Supporting general document control processes using an internal Box system (similar to Dropbox)
You will work closely with the Information Manager and be responsible for ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and consistently maintained.

2nd stage interviews: W/C 2nd February
