Our client, a dynamic and successful Consultancy, is looking for an ambitious Assistant to join their Operations Team. Based in their stunning offices, located in the City of London, this role is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant looking for a step up. As Operations Assistant you won't need direct experience, however you will be hungry to learn and have a keen interest in Digital Media and Marketing, whilst also supporting with Events, Facilities and EA support whilst being the admin glue for the Team!

Role Responsibilities- Operations & Administration; assist with billing communications, support client onboarding processes, maintaining accurate records and act as the first point of contact for the building/centre manager.
- Executive Assistant Support; manage diaries, inboxes, meetings, and travel arrangements, resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure effective time management for the executives.
- Marketing & Communications; liaise with external marketing suppliers to coordinate marketing activity, post and manage all Linked In content, liaise with third party providers to ensure marketing materials are distributed to clients in a timely manner.
- Events & Networking; organise and coordinate all internal and external events, including dinners, breakfasts and attendance at events, assist with networking activity by suggesting and coordinating meetings based on relevant market events and opportunities.
- Systems & Data; maintain and update information, ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Office & Facilities Management; oversee office management, coordinate IT arrangements, appoint fire wardens and first aid officers and arrange the necessary training and compliance requirements.
- Highly organised and proven experience of managing multiple projects at one time
- Detail driven and Tech savvy; used to working accurately and with ease on CRM systems
- Used to working across multiple teams whilst being self-motivated
- Able to communicate effectively and used to liaising at all levels across a business
- Team focused and with proven experience of working collaboratively
- Commercially aware and experience of working within a similar industry, advantageous
