Established in 1995, LPC Maintenance Ltd is a trusted property maintenance company operating across Greater London. With a team of over 50 engineers, we provide reactive and planned maintenance services to landlords, housing associations and commercial clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Planner / Scheduler to join our operations team in North London.
The RoleAs a Planner / Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating maintenance works and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our service. You will be responsible for scheduling engineers, liaising with clients, and maintaining accurate job records.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule and allocate maintenance jobs to engineers across London
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and housing associations regarding repairs and servicing
- Manage inbound calls, emails and portal enquiries
- Monitor job progress and review engineer reports and photographs
- Update internal systems with accurate notes and job information
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Keep clients and internal teams informed of job updates
- You will be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, property maintenance or helpdesk administration
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
- Good written and spoken English
- Reliable and a strong team player
- Competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per year (DOE)
