Who You Will Work With

Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and design strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasizing long‑term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.

What You’ll Do
  • Relationship & Client Management:
    Handle extensive verbal/written interactions with internal colleagues and external clients domestically/internationally; maintain client contact details and in‑house CRM system
  • Meeting & Diary Coordination:
    Assist in setting up internal/external meetings and conference calls; proactively manage VP‑level calendars to avoid clashes, act as gatekeeper for invitations, and provide backup telephone cover for senior teams
  • Travel & Expense Processing:
    Book and coordinate all travel (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport) per firm policy; prepare agendas/itineraries; process monthly expenses via Concur efficiently and within policy
  • Event & Ad Hoc Support:
    Manage events like closing/social/team gatherings; handle tasks such as ordering business cards or projects
  • Absence Coverage (Buddy Team):
    Provide phone/support cover for bankers outside team during absences; collaborate with buddy group for consistent coverage (lunch, holidays, sickness); maintain up‑to‑date handover notes
What You Bring
  • Experience working in Investment Banking/ financial services
  • Confident, outgoing communicator; strong team player for client/staff liaison
  • Calm under pressure; proactive with strong time management and flexibility
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented; owns tasks discreetly with full confidentiality
  • Proficient in Outlook/Zoom, Concur, travel/CRM tools
