Document Controller Global Architecture Practice

A leading, global architecture practice, with a great reputation, is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join their established team in London.

As Document Controller, you will work closely with the project team, clients and other stakeholders managing the document control process.

Responsibilities include:

• Control the issuing of incoming and outgoing documents
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant prior to issuing
• Maintain control logs and project registers
• Assist with accessing and storage of project information
• Prepare reports
• Assist with scheduling and closeout of project processes
• Experience working in a similar role as a Document Controller within the built environment
• Knowledge of document control systems such as Aconex and New Forma
• Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
• Highly organised and detail oriented
