We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Estate Agency Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property administration or a similar role within the real estate sector, with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to supporting the wider team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-end property environment, supporting negotiators, landlords, and tenants while ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full administrative support to the Sales and Lettings teams
- Prepare property listings, tenancy agreements, and supporting documents
- Upload and maintain property adverts across major portals
- Handle incoming calls and client enquiries professionally
- Manage referencing, compliance checks, and right-to-rent documentation
- Coordinate photography, floor plans, and marketing materials for new listings
- Maintain accurate records and update the company CRM system
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth transactions
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and general office management
- Support management with reporting and administrative projects as required
We’re looking for an experienced administrator who is organised, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced estate agency environment.
Key Attributes- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in property administration or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of property compliance (Right to Rent, AML, etc.) preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
