We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Estate Agency Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property administration or a similar role within the real estate sector, with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to supporting the wider team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-end property environment, supporting negotiators, landlords, and tenants while ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support to the Sales and Lettings teams
  • Prepare property listings, tenancy agreements, and supporting documents
  • Upload and maintain property adverts across major portals
  • Handle incoming calls and client enquiries professionally
  • Manage referencing, compliance checks, and right-to-rent documentation
  • Coordinate photography, floor plans, and marketing materials for new listings
  • Maintain accurate records and update the company CRM system
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth transactions
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and general office management
  • Support management with reporting and administrative projects as required
Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced administrator who is organised, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced estate agency environment.

Key Attributes
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in property administration or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of property compliance (Right to Rent, AML, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
