Overview
Technical Quotation Administrator / Coordinator –
Location:
Sunbury (Hybrid - 1 day WFH). Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 DOE.

- Owning the quotation process
- Preparing, issuing and managing accurate technical quotes
- Making sure all documentation is professional, complete, and commercially sound
- Coordinating internally
- Working closely with Business Development and Design teams
- Clarifying specs, gathering information and ensuring smooth handovers
- Maintaining accuracy
- Checking pricing, margins and documentation before issue
- Ensuring all proposals are fully validated
- Customer & admin support
- Handling incoming enquiries
- Following up on quotes under £10k
- Providing a professional, friendly client experience
- CRM & order processing
- Updating systems accurately
- Managing quote acceptance and order processing
- Keeping everything on track
- Liaising across teams
- Chasing information
- Making sure deadlines are met
- Experienced Administrator — You've previously produced commercial or technical quotations in an office environment
- Strong organisational skills — You're used to managing multiple quotes at once and prioritising effectively
- Detail focused — You naturally double-check figures, specs and documents
- Commercial awareness — You understand pricing, margins and the importance of accuracy
- Confident communicator — Comfortable speaking to clients and internal teams
- Tech-savvy — Strong with MS Office, Excel and CRM systems
- Industry experience:
Background in construction, security, engineering, or estimating admin is highly desirable - Similar roles you may have held
