Salary from £32,890 to £36,052 per annum inclusive with potential to progress to £38,422 per annum inclusive of London allowance
The LSE Philanthropy and Global Engagement Division (PAGE) serves, engages and works in partnership with alumni and friends, staff and students, volunteers, donors, global partners, organisations and the wider community to further the strategic aims of the School. These reciprocal relationships increase engagement with LSE across the world and increase philanthropic income and strategic partnerships for agreed School priorities.
Within PAGE, the Alumni Engagement team coordinates, plans and delivers a portfolio of activities to engage and partner with our 234,000 strong alumni community.
The Alumni and Supporter Experience Assistant will act as the actual and virtual front door to Philanthropy and Global Engagement, being the welcome host at the Alumni Centre, delivering an exceptional alumni and supporter experience for visitors as well as effectively resolving all inbound enquiries and keeping accurate data records.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Handle enquiry management via multiple channels.
- Use a database with a high level of accuracy to maintain records.
- Act as the front-facing point of contact at the Alumni Centre, welcoming visitors and supporting events.
- Support with events and activities as required by the role.
- Experience delivering a high standard of customer service with strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience managing enquiries through multiple channels.
- Experience using a database with high accuracy.
- Full-time campus-based, with flexibility to support events and activities.
