Junior Personal Assistant, Mayfair– £45-55k gpa+ DOE.

Hours:

9-6pm, 5 days a week in office

Our client is looking for a switched-on, proactive Junior PA to join their wonderful support team. This role would suit a second- or third-jobber who is keen to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be working as part of a fantastic team and learning from top EAs/PAs. The ideal candidate may have experience working within a luxury concierge, property, or administrative role.

They are looking for someone enthusiastic and proactive, who is ready to get stuck into an exciting role and assist wherever needed.

• Supporting day-to-day personal and professional matters
• Diary management
• Inbox and call management
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Maintaining accurate property and administrative records
• Running errands and assisting with ad hoc tasks
• Helping to plan travel, events, and experiences for the family

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Long-term career mindset with room to grow
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Calm, adaptable, and able to multitask
