Senior Receptionist, Global Investment firm

Overview

Are you a dedicated, passionate and experienced Receptionist who’s immediately available? We’re looking for someone warm, confident, outgoing and quick on their feet to be the face of a leading and fast-growing investment firm.

Based in newly renovated offices with incredible views, they want you to be the first impression their guests remember.

• Front of House: Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Meeting Room Management: Handling bookings, layouts, and set-ups
• Office Support: Assisting with admin and ad hoc tasks to keep everything on track
• Event Support: Working with the events team, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Supporting the development of a small team of receptionists

• 5+ years’ Reception experience in investment or professional services
• Excellent communication skills, highly organised, approachable, and proactive
• Someone who enjoys being the go-to person and keeping things running seamlessly

This is a temp-to-perm role
, and the firm is keen to find someone who’ll grow with them long-term.

This will be an early start. In and out before rush hour starts.
