The Role
Sitting within the Marketing team, we are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the delivery of Luxury London Media’s events programme. This is an entry-level role suited to someone at the early stages of their career who is keen to gain hands‑on experience in luxury events, brand partnerships and experiential marketing.
Working closely with the marketing and commercial team, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of events, contributing to a seamless and high‑quality guest experience.
Please note that this role may involve occasional evening work to support events taking place outside of standard working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting guest list management, including invitations, RSVP tracking and on-the-day guest check‑in
- Assisting with venue research and sourcing aligned with event briefs
- Coordinating goodie bag outreach, liaising with brands and PR agencies to secure product placements
- Supporting brand partner research and outreach
- Assisting with event logistics, schedules and supplier coordination
- Providing on-the-day event support to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining accurate guest lists, partner records and event documentation
- Supporting post-event administration and follow‑up
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A genuine interest in events, media and the luxury lifestyle sector
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to learn, proactive and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Professional and personable when dealing with guests and partners
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, PR or media is advantageous but not essential
