An opportunity has arisen for a part time Admin position in Mitcham & Tooting Health. We are seeking a proactive motivated individual to join our friendly team who will bring enthusiasm and commitment to the role.

We are looking for someone to work:

Monday: 09:00 - 13:00

Tuesday: 09:00 - 13:00

Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30

Friday: 09:00 - 13:00

Main duties of the job
  • Process clinical Referrals in a timely manner ensuring supporting documentation is provided where required and follow up monitoring is maintained.
  • Prioritise all Practice workload from the workflow processes including tasks, emails and calls.
  • To process prescriptions in a timely manner
  • To process clinical letters through Docman using Practice Protocols

We are a well established GP Practice that is focused on patient care, and together as a dedicated team, stive for the best to deliver excellence in all we do for our patients. We have a list size of 8200, and an overall rating of 'Good' for CQC and operate from two sites in Mitcham and Tooting.

Person Specification Experience
  • Experience of working in a GP Practice as an Administrator
