Salary: £21.81 per hour (Inside IR35)

Location: Peckham, Southwark, Surrey - Hybrid working and part-time are NOT AVAILABLE; this role is on-site only

• Must have proficient IT skills to be able to use the MOSAIC case management system for recording children's information online (training will be provided), MS Teams, MS Office software in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must be confident and be able to work on own initiative.
• Proactivity with regard to health and safety matters – for example the building evacuation process (training will be provided), First Aid training desirable but not essential.
• Must have excellent punctuality and timekeeping and strong customer service skills
• Knowledge/experience of children’s services or a demonstrable willingness and ability to learn.
• Understanding of “right first time” customer-focused service delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, in order to deal appropriately with a wide range of people in a variety of settings e.g. reception cover and on the telephone.
