EA to Chief Global Impact Officer
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £80k
Our client is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Chief Global Impact Officer with both personal and business support. Acting as a true right hand, this EA will be at the centre of the action in a busy, high-profile, and well-respected firm.
About the Role:- Full diary management for the Chief Global Impact Officer
- Inbox support as required
- Complex international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries covering all aspects of the trip
- Oversight of meetings and preparation of documents in advance
- True right-hand support, staying one step ahead of the Chief Global Impact Officer at all times
- Personal support when needed, including managing appointments and running errands
- Extensive experience supporting C-suite executives in a professional services environment
- Prior experience supporting high-profile or public figures is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, hardworking, and highly organised
- Experienced in handling highly confidential information with the utmost discretion
