This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, events, and operations. You believe no task is too small or too big, and you enjoy bringing structure and energy to fast‑moving environments. You’ll help deliver standout events, run UK operations, and grow a new London space into a world‑class hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations

  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments, taking initiative, and owning projects end‑to‑end
  • Confident using (or quickly learning) modern productivity tools such as Airtable or Notion
  • Open to regular travel across the UK for team events and retreats
