Insights, Impact and Innovation Assistant

Role Overview

We're looking for an Insights, Impact and Innovation Assistant to join our London-based Insights and Innovation team. This role supports the day‑to‑day coordination of research, data, reporting, and service improvement activity across Help Musicians and Music Minds Matter.

• Support learning, good decision‑making, and continuous improvement by keeping information, systems, and processes well organised, accurate, and on track.
• Assist in coordinating research, data and reporting activities.
• Help maintain accurate and up‑to‑date shared documents and databases.
• Support meetings, prepare clear notes and summaries, and keep track of actions and deadlines.
• Follow processes and manage administrative tasks to keep work moving efficiently.

You’ll have experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role and enjoy working in a busy, collaborative environment. You are highly organised, detail‑focused, and confident using digital tools such as spreadsheets, databases and shared documents. You are comfortable supporting meetings, preparing clear notes and summaries, and keeping track of actions and deadlines. With good communication skills and a proactive approach, you are happy to ask questions, follow processes, and help keep work moving.

An interest in research, data, or service improvement is important, along with a motivation to support work that helps musicians thrive.

Salary:
Circa £27,000 per annum (dependent on candidate experience) plus 10% pension, health care cash plan and a range of other great benefits including hybrid‑working.
