About the Role

One of our private clients is looking to appoint an experienced, highly organised Senior Leadership Assistant. Thereafter, the position will transition to providing comprehensive, hands‑on support to five members of the Senior Leadership Team.

The organisation is a philanthropic, non‑profit start‑up of around 30 people, working in a collaborative, holistic and non‑hierarchical environment. Candidates must genuinely resonate with these values, and demonstrate an open‑minded, holistic mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex and overlapping calendars across multiple senior leaders
  • Acting as a central coordination point for scheduling, communication, and information sharing
  • Organising files, documents, and leadership materials to a high standard
  • Supporting building management and ensuring all operational aspects of the office run smoothly
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and leadership initiatives as required
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of meetings and events
  • Providing occasional travel support when needed
  • Maintaining a calm, solutions‑focused approach in a fast‑moving environment

This is a genuinely hands‑on role, suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in operational excellence, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves when required.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, purpose‑led organisation
  • A genuine affinity with the organisation's mission, values, and way of working
