Senior Team Assistant, Office & Facilities Coordinator

Aspecialist investment firm in the health and medical sector, with a collaborative, professional culture and a long-term approach to investing based in the West End, is seeking an experienced Assistant to support senior professionals and manage the smooth running of the London office.

• Extensive diary management for senior stakeholders, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones International
• Travel coordination and meeting and event logistics
• Preparation and formatting of presentations and meeting materials (PowerPoint)
• Managing incoming deal flow and supporting investment and investor-related processes
• Processing expenses and maintaining organised records
• Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for office and facilities matters, liaising with suppliers and building management

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant
• Background in financial services or professional services strongly preferred
• Proven experience supporting senior individuals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational, diary management and communication skills
• Confident Microsoft Office user, particularly PowerPoint okresრცсы
