Executive PA

  • Join an established business involved in advanced technology with a global presence as a market leader.
  • Main focus as Exec PA is to provide efficient, competent and reliable support primarily to the Managing Director and to further assist the members of the Senior Leadership Team where required.
  • Due to the nature of work, we can only accept candidate applications who can proceed through security clearance.
The Executive PA job will involve :
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the MD and Leadership Team.
  • Conserves PA to the MD & admin Support to SLE time by answering correspondence, drafting email responses and letters on their behalf.
  • Maintain Leadership Teams appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing enquiries.
  • Arrange all catering requirements, via our on site restaurant for on site meetings and visitors when required.
  • Maintain contact with all levels of management internally and externally and ensure information is managed and communicated in a timely and concise manner :
  • Note actions on a common IT platform (e.g., Teams) for distribution to the actionee
  • Liaise effectively with Travel Providers in respect of contract renewal and services.
  • Take an active role in looking at alternative travel provider options.
  • May be asked to work outside of normal 9-5 hours, as part of the job role.
This Executive PA job will suit :
  • Proven experience within an Executive PA position, preferably within technical / manufacturing businesses.
  • Good Organisational skills
  • Has good attention to detail and can think laterally to solve problems.
  • Ability to integrate and balance priorities, work activities and resources for the benefit of multiple key stakeholders.
  • Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office suite especially Word, Excel, and Power Point
