The Role - ReceptionistAs the company’s receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. Your role will involve managing the reception area to a luxury standard, ensuring all guests feel welcome and well looked after.
Key Responsibilities- Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner
- Manage meeting room bookings and set up as needed
- Maintain a tidy, stylish reception space at all times
- Assist with basic admin and coordination tasks as required
- Previous experience in a corporate or luxury front‑of‑house position
- Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
- A calm, confident, and professional approach
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to full‑time, office‑based working – no hybrid offered
£14 per hour, paid weekly
