Luxury Receptionist – £14 per hour

Are you a polished and professional receptionist looking to temp for a well‑established, high‑end company in the heart of London?

This long‑standing, family‑run firm is known for its warm culture, stunning offices, and exceptional service. They’re now seeking a reliable and impeccably presented receptionist to manage their front‑of‑house operations with confidence and discretion.

The Role - Receptionist

As the company’s receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. Your role will involve managing the reception area to a luxury standard, ensuring all guests feel welcome and well looked after.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer and direct calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Manage meeting room bookings and set up as needed
  • Maintain a tidy, stylish reception space at all times
  • Assist with basic admin and coordination tasks as required
About You
  • Previous experience in a corporate or luxury front‑of‑house position
  • Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
  • A calm, confident, and professional approach
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A commitment to full‑time, office‑based working – no hybrid offered
