Event Specialist – Fabric Group
This is a fabulous opportunity for a graduate to join a leading fabric group and use your creativity and flair. The role is ideal for someone who knows London intimately and knows the best restaurants, can navigate the city efficiently, and has a practical sense of organization.
You will receive a support role as a PA, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling diaries when time allows. Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and event‑management skills are essential – you should have at least 2 years of PA and event‑management experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a confident, polished professional manner, are required. You must be eligible to work in the UK and possess fluent written English.
Responsibilities- Support senior executive team with calendar and travel management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain diaries.
- Assist with the planning and execution of flawless events.
- Ensure attention to detail and timely completion of tasks.
- 2 years of PA experience in an event‑management setting.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and fluent English.
