Position: Property Repairs Coordinator – North 6-Month FTC)
A housing association in London is recruiting for a Works Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for deploying staff to make property repairs and managing administrative tasks. Office attendance is mandatory; this role is not eligible for home working. Applicants should have at least three GCSEs including Mathematics and English, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and experience in a customer service-focused environment.

A background in social housing or planning/supply chain is desirable.
