Receptionist, Investment Management – (6-month FTC)
£35,000 – £40,000 equivalent
Are you a polished, professional receptionist with excellent customer service skills?
Do you have front of house experience, ideally in a corporate environment?
Are you a team player with an adaptable approach?
We’re looking for a confident, proactive receptionist for a prestigious Investment Management firm in a six-month long assignment in the west end.

Hours:
7.30 – 15.30 and 10.15 – 18.15
- Welcome and engage with clients and visitors
- Manage meeting room bookings, set up and catering
- Oversee reception inbox and switchboard
- Handle post, couriers, and taxi bookings
- Maintain visitor and security access
- Assist the Office Manager and liaise with IT for troubleshooting
- Any ad-hoc duties
- Corporate reception experience (min. 3 years)
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- European languages beneficial
- Previous experience in event coordination is advantageous
