Role SummarySupport the day-to-day running of Redemption Roasters HQ by providing office and administrative support. Provide support to the Company Directors with day-to-day diary management. The role will be offered on a part-time basis (24 hours per week), ideally across five days per week.
Job Description Office Management- Support the day-to-day organisation of the offices, meeting rooms, and shared spaces at Redemption Roasters HQ
- Ensure optimisation of desk areas and advertising of available space at Redemption Roasters HQ
- Act as a point of contact for external office tenants
- Welcoming visitors to HQ, acting as an ambassador for the Redemption brand
- Champion Health and Safety in HQ, ensuring all safety protocols are in place
- Administrative support to the office such as managing office supplies, equipment, and facilitiestocht; liaisingümü with contractors such as handymen, IT, gardeners etc.
- Utilise various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software to prepare reports and special projects
- Assist with maintaining a secure working environment, including helping to track keys and fobs
- Act as a point of contact for basic office queries from internal teams
- Support cleaning schedules and raise issues with external contractors where required
- Help ensure office plants and shared spaces are well maintained
- Assist in ensuring facilities are kept clean, safe, and tidy
- Support the management of refuse and recycling
- Help maintain kitchen supplies and cleanliness across the week
- Assist with office administration, including ordering supplies and liaising with contractors under guidance
- Assist with new starter show rounds
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and distribute Herb to relevant teams
- Monitor and respond to the customer service inbox, handling routine enquiries and escalating more complex matters appropriately
- Use basic office software to support administration and simple projects
- Help maintain internal lists such as staff birthdays and long service recognition
- Manage the diary and schedule meetings and appointments for the Directors < places separate from listskan??>
- Respond to emails on behalf of the Directors for all first level enquiries

- 3 years experience in a similar role
- A proven record of office management and PA responsibilities
- Enthusiasm for, and understanding of, our corporate social impact objectives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A veritable master of time management and prioritisation
- Excellent knowledge ofzcan Google suite including Docs, Slides, and Sheets
- Experience supporting administrative or office-based tasks
- Interest in developing office management skills and workplace culture
