Location: Greater London
The purpose of this role is to manage the administration for the Make Ready Department and provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the Make Ready Management Team.? The post holder will manage the day-to-day office administration for the department including the administration requirements for the Make Ready Staff.? They will act as first point of contact for any queries from operations and autonomously manage these on a case by case basis.?
The post holder will be responsible for ordering all items which the department distribute via the trusts purchasing system. They will be required to receipt orders and oversee the department's inventory system
- To manage office administration for the Make Ready Department.
- The collation of information to maintain and record the overtime, annual leave and sickness processes for the department using software provided. The production and distribution of weekly returns to a deadline.
- Basic knowledge and application of service policies and procedures and HR policies in order to deal with staff and management queries and provide basic advice.

Person Specification Qualifications, Accreditations, Education- Good all round level of education equivalent to NVQ level 3, including Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Significant recent experience of office or administrative work
- Experience of using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and inputting and processing information
- Recent experience of using an email and calendar system such as Microsoft Outlook
- Good typing and word processing skills (minimum typing speed 40 wpm)
- Strong organisational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills i.e. tact and diplomacy
- A sound knowledge of Trust Policies and Procedures
