Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high‑level Dealers support to the CEO across all areas of his role. This is a dynamic and fast‑paced position requiring excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The EA will act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, senior management, internal staff, and external partners, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage CEO’s complex diary, schedule, travel, and communications.
- Liaise with CEO daily regarding meetings, events, and priorities, ensuring effective follow‑up on actions.
- Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and updates as required.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare meeting materials, take accurate notes, manners, and ensure matters arising are actioned by the appropriate stakeholdersocide.
- Provide project support on business initiatives directed by the CEO.
Senior Management & Team Coordination
- Support the Senior Management Team with task follow‑ups and progress tracking Haitake.
- Assist in planning and delivering company events, including away days, charity events, and business functions.
- Ensure effective communication between CEO and the wider team, providing a consistent and professional point of contact.
Sales & Business Development Support
- Prepare and proof sales materials, proposals, and presentations for the CEO.
- Draft and schedule social media content and Linked In posts on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in building the CEO’s professional network through Linked In and other platforms.
- Support with lead generation activities and sales pipeline tasks where required.
Quality Control
- Proof and check communications, documents, and materials before publication.
- Escalate any risks or issues to the CEO promptly.
Health & Safety
- Work in a safe manner at all times and comply with the Company Health & Safety policies.
- Report any Health & Safety concerns immediately to the Line Manager. اخت>
Person Specification
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and approachable as the CEO’s first point of contact.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Salesforce experience preferred (training can be provided).
- High attention to detail, particularly in written materials and proofing.
