Executive Assistant To Global CEO and C‑Suite
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to join TGI Sport in London, providing high‑level support to our Global CEO and the London‑based C‑Suite leadership team, while also playing a key role in the daily operations of our Head Office.
This is a pivotal, trusted role at the heart of the business. You will be a natural organiser, problem‑solver and gatekeeper, ensuring our senior leaders are able to focus on driving the business forward while our workspace runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

As EA you will act as a central point of coordination across people, logistics and operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex calendars, schedules and meeting agendas for the Global CEO and C‑Suite team
- Acting as a key liaison, screening and prioritising communications across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and logistics
- Preparing presentations, reports, correspondence and executive documentation
- Organising internal meetings, team events, corporate activities and supporting special projects
- Protecting executive time through effective gatekeeping and prioritisation
- Overseeing Head Office administration, including document control, records management and daily operations
- Managing office budgets, expenses and approvals
- Leading facilities management, including suppliers, equipment, maintenance and office supplies
- Driving operational efficiency through improved processes and systems
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements
You are a confident, proactive EA with experience operating at C‑suite level, comfortable balancing confidentiality, urgency and competing priorities. You enjoy being at the centre of a fast‑paced environment and take pride in making things run smoothly. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives at CEO or C‑suite level
- Previous experience in office or facilities management
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Strong relationship‑building skills with a service‑oriented mindset
- Confidence using office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and learning new systems
- A flexible, adaptable approach and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field
- 4+ years’ experience in a senior administrative or executive support role
- Demonstrated experience working directly with CEOs or executive leadership teams
