Overview
The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation that funds science and builds partnerships to improve health worldwide. We are looking for a PA/Team Coordinator to join the Equity team and support the Equitable Research Practice (ERP) team.
Responsibilities- Manage diaries for leadership members and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Complete expenses and process invoices on behalf of leadership members
- Prepare papers for internal and external meetings, attend such meetings and produce minutes as required
- Implement and maintain excellent document and filing management systems
- Arrange travel and meetings for leadership team members and the team
- Lead on the planning and coordination of regular full team meetings, away days and socials including scheduling, producing agendas and minutes
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, collaborating across departments
- PA or administration experience
- Advanced IT skills, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Share Point
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, take initiative and work to deadlines
- Methodical and organised approach to work with very high attention to detail

Hybrid WorkingWellcome has a hybrid way of working: 3 days in ourust Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
