Part-Time Data Administrator / Linked In Admin

£15-£18 per hour UK, 1 month, ASAP start

Impact are working with a super cool music agency who are in need of a bright, organised, detail-driven part time admin and data assistant to work on a project transferring data from Linked In onto their CRM to support their marketing pipeline.

• Build and manage their Linked In prospect lists and referral network
• Help grow a basic brand-side contact list in the background
• Clean up their Linked In connections and tidy the CRM

• Good experience on Linked In
• CRM experience
• Very process-driven and detail-focused
• Comfortable following strict standard operating procedure
• Clean, professional written English for simple admin-level messages

• Recruitment / resourcing
• Sales support / revenue ops
• Media/advertising sales admin
• Lead gen or CRM admin
• Ideally experience with Pipe Drive
• You should love structure, SOPs, tidy data, and measurable outputs.
