The Role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator миру join the growing team of a boutique consultancy based in London but with a global presence. They are specialists in HR L&D Financial and כמו Procurement consulting and need someone to play a key role in the L&D department where youll work closely with Learning Specialists gain exposure to working with clients and build a reputation as someone who gets things done properly.

In this role you will sit right at the centre of the L&D function support the Specialist and keep delivery tight. This will include:

• Coordinating logistics for training sessions (virtual & in-person)
• Feeding updates data and insights into the L&D Specialists
• Downloading and collating reports from survey tools
• Taking clear useful minutes in meetings (and following up actions)
• Managing inboxes calendars joining instructions & comms
• Keeping stakeholders honest on deadlines and actions

The Successful L&D Coordinator will have

• Previous experience in a similar role in Learning and Development
• Proactive approach and highly organised someone experts who can spot gaps and fill them!
• Experience working on projects and understand structure timelines stakeholder management and accountability
• Tech-savy and a confident communicator
