Tiger has partnered with a boutique, prestigious and highly impressive property consultancy based near South Hampstead (North West London). We are seeking a switched on and experienced Receptionist & Administrator who is excited about joining a friendly and busy office! You will come from a property / estate agency background, ready to jump in and support an extremely busy private firm, with a stellar attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at one time.
WHATYOU'LL DO
- Act as a representation of the business - polished, professional, and warm
- Meet and greet all clients, visitors and guests promptly and with a welcoming presence
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Organising keys for a high volume property portfolio
- Managing suppliers, contractors, and maintenance teams
- Other Reception, Office Coordinator / Admin responsibilities
You would be working alongside a team. There is tremendous scope to grow in this role, they are a boutique, fast-paced and hands on business who will always offer more opportunity to the right candidate.
WHO YOU ARE- Experienced Receptionist/Administrator from estate agency/private property background
- Switched on, very well presented, strong communication & attention to detail
- The desire to thrive in a close-knit office with plenty of opportunity on offer
- Immediately available, seeking a long-term temp opportunity
