Location: Greater London

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Corporate Receptionist to provide temporary cover for a prestigious asset management house in the heart of the City.

Duration: 2 weeks
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls efficiently
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking systems
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
