We are seeking a professional and highly organized Corporate Receptionist to provide temporary cover for a prestigious asset management house in the heart of the City.
Duration: 2 weeks
Start Date: Immediate
- Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional and friendly manner
- Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls efficiently
- Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Previous experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
